About Gabi
Hi there! My name is Gabi. From a young age, I've learned the value of learning multiple languages. As a first generation Mexican- American, speaking two languages assisted me in many opportunities and helped me overcome many challenges. Through my experiences, I've become very passionate in teaching English as second language, which has led me to become an English teacher in Spain for the past five years. Teaching has combined many of my passions which are connecting with people, and learning.

I'm an English teacher in Spain with 5 years of in classroom experience, and over 7 years of tutoring experience. My teaching style is very much personalized based on my student's goals and interests. I really enjoy incorporating conversation as much as possible as I find that it increases confidence, improves pronunciation, and fluency. Other methods I use include games, role-playing, reinforcing grammar, and cultural learning. I'm also familiar and have experience in exam preparation for Cambridge exams. I have experience with all age groups and levels. My typical recommendation would be a 1 hour class.
