About Leia
I am a dedicated Chemistry tutor with over 2 years of experience helping students understand the science behind everyday life. I hold an MSc in Radiochemistry, which has given me a strong foundation in chemical principles and analytical thinking. My main interest lies in food chemistry and nutritional science. I enjoy connecting chemistry to real-world applications.
I specialise in teaching topics such as macromolecules, food additives, and metabolic processes. These concepts are essential for understanding how food interacts with the body. I explain them in a simple and clear way.
I use practical approaches in my teaching, including dietary analysis and food product development. I also explore the chemical reactions involved in cooking. This makes learning both engaging and relevant.
