Sessions typically run for 60 minutes—comprising a dynamic warm-up, core workout focusing on compound and isolation movements, and a cool-down session. Designed specifically for Level 1 beginners of all ages who are looking to start their fitness journey, gain confidence in the gym, build muscle, and establish a healthy lifestyle.
