With over 9 years of tutoring experience, I teach Maths, Science, and English from KS1 to A-Level, helping students of all abilities gain confidence, improve understanding, and reach their full academic potential. My teaching approach is student-focused and adaptable — every learner is unique, so I adjust my methods to match their pace and style. I use a mix of interactive explanations, visual aids, practice questions, and real-life examples to make lessons engaging and memorable. For younger students, I focus on building strong foundations and enjoyment in learning, while for GCSE and A-Level students, I emphasise exam technique, critical thinking, and structured revision strategies. Each lesson typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes and includes clear learning goals, short quizzes or discussions to reinforce understanding, and constructive feedback at the end. I also help students develop effective study habits and confidence that extend beyond the classroom. I hold an MSc in Biomedical Sciences and am a HCPC-registered Biomedical Scientist, which allows me to bring real scientific insight and problem-solving skills into my lessons. My extensive experience teaching in tutoring centres and mentoring students across age groups ensures that every learner — whether KS1 or A-Level — receives patient, tailored, and high-quality support.
