About Rožė
My passion for teaching comes from my experience in schools.
I was always curious to learn more about myself, wanted to understand how to make conflicts go away, express my personal needs and ideas.
Later on, I understood that I am a sensitive person and I felt every emotion within my body and mind, which only strengthened my need to find answers about those things.
When I started my journey to personal development, I experimented with various techniques, such as meditations, visualisations, lists, dancing, music, healing through emotional pain.
After all, I felt the need to pass my knowledge to others and that's why I am here!
I believe that emotional competencies lead to a better quality of life. Because of that, it is priceless to learn these skills and carry them throughout life.

About the lesson

7+ years old (specialised with children, but also willing to work with adults)
-My teaching approach is to understand individual's needs and help to develop emotional intelligence.
-I use various stress-management techniques, questions, exercises to help calm the mind.
-I worked in school, summer camps and created my own online studio where I share information about social-emotional learning.
During the pandemic I developed my own set of lessons which helped children who took part in to improve their socio-emotional skills.
-6 years of experience in practice.
-From fun to meaningful!
-Classes are online, but if you are in Leicester, we can meet face-to-face!
My goal is to help every person to achieve their best potential, to understand how to manage emotions, how to constructively express their feelings and do it in a creative way!
