About Michael
Hello! I’m Michael, a passionate math tutor with a strong academic background. With nearly two years of experience tutoring students from Year 1 to Year 11, I’m committed to making math accessible and enjoyable for all.
Next year, I’ll be studying Mathematics at the University of Bath, which reflects my deep love for the subject. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy playing football, going to the gym, and exploring new music. I believe that a well-rounded life helps me connect with my students and bring energy to our sessions. I look forward to helping you achieve your math goals!

Teaching Approach:
I tailor each lesson to the individual needs of my students, focusing on personalized learning plans that address specific knowledge gaps. My sessions are interactive, using problem-solving, real-world examples, and visual aids to make math concepts accessible and engaging. Regular mini-assessments help track progress and adjust our focus as needed.
Lesson Length:
Typically, lessons are 60 minutes, allowing us to cover key topics and practice thoroughly. However, I’m flexible and can adjust the duration based on what works best for the student.
Qualifications and Experience:
9 in GCSE Maths, A* in A-Level Maths and Further Maths
18 months of tutoring experience with students from Year 1 to Year 11
Future Mathematics undergraduate at the University of Bath
