About CHARLENE
Passionate about sport and well-being, and with a background as a high-level athlete, I have developed in-depth knowledge across a wide range of sports through both my education and my personal and professional experience. This allows me to tailor exercises and training sessions to the specific needs of each client. Whether you are a beginner or a high-level athlete, I adopt both a physical and mental approach to help you achieve your goals. I also place great importance on maintaining a positive and “sportive” mindset, not only during the sessions but also beyond.
