Hello! I'm Miss Asanda, a qualified Accounting teacher with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. As a qualified Accounting teacher with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), I believe every student has the potential to succeed when they receive the right guidance and support. My teaching approach is student-centered, patient, and interactive, focusing on building confidence while ensuring learners understand key Accounting concepts rather than simply memorizing content.
I tailor each lesson to the individual student's learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement. Lessons include clear explanations, worked examples, guided practice, exam preparation, and constructive feedback to help students steadily improve their understanding and performance. I also provide study techniques, problem-solving strategies, and revision tips to help students excel in tests and examinations.
I am proficient in teaching in English, and I strive to create a welcoming and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
A typical lesson begins with a review of previous work, followed by an explanation of new concepts using practical examples. Students then work through exercises with my guidance before completing independent practice to reinforce their understanding. I conclude each lesson by summarizing key points and addressing any remaining questions.
My lessons are suitable for high school learners (Grades 10–12) studying Accounting, including students preparing for tests, assignments, and final examinations.
