About Marta
Hello! My name is Marta.
And yes, it's true, I have a degree in psychology, but I never dared to practice as a psychologist... Do you know why?
Because back then I was a shy, fearful, embarrassed, insecure girl, and I knew very well that it was a huge responsibility to help others, even though I didn't understand myself. But you know what?
Even though I haven't dared to become a psychologist, there's something I can't deny, something that's always been there... And that's my passion for diving into the depths of my mind, questioning everything and observing myself and my surroundings in search of answers and understanding.
And although it may seem contradictory, all this self-knowledge I've acquired, helps me better understand the deep motivations and fears of others.
I don't dare say it out loud because I still have my insecurities (who doesn't?), but I think I'm good at making the unconscious conscious.
Throughout this time, I've found a way to free myself from my own chains, turning my greatest fear—fear—into my greatest ally, driving me to believe in myself. I've gone from seeing life as an injustice to seeing it as a gift, and now I take full responsibility for my life and my emotions.
Of course, you never stop learning from this path, but I think it's time to start giving back to the world and help others be a little freer.
I admit that it's not easy for me to take the step, but I've been feeling capable and eager to do my part for some time now.
Furthermore, not only will you learn about yourself, I will also learn from you, you will help me overcome my own fears!

I want to be a small turning point, a simple CLICK in your mind that encourages you to be curious about taking responsibility for your own personal development.
And to do so, we're going to talk about what's worrying you. I'm going to help you reflect, asking you relevant questions so you can question how you view this situation.
This way, you'll be able to give the problem a new perspective and gain different perspectives so you can take action (or several) in line with your true desires.
I want to help you:
- Identify the beliefs that limit you and make you feel/think/act the way you do
- Understand where these beliefs come from, why they are held, and how they unconsciously impact your life.
- Even if it's just a little, that you dare to love your dark side & and learn to see it as a guide and ally.
- Differentiate when your actions are the product of your fears or the product of a purpose that you really want to achieve.
- You can define, at least, a realistic and achievable goal to address the situation in a more constructive way for you.
I warn you, it can be a painful process, since it is not easy to look inside and recognize everything we do not want to see.
But once you start doing it you may never stop doing it and from experience, it becomes an exciting path :)

Perfect! Después de mucho buscar al fin di con Marta! Buenísima profesora, ayudo a mi sobrina durante un año complicado en el que había perdido la motivación. Gracias a Marta volvió a coger los estudios con ganas y sacó el curso adelante.
