I had the chance to take an acting workshop with Vivian. Her material was clear, organized and progressive. She was very professional, dedicative and most importantly motivating and inspiring - features much needed in such a class. She managed to create a safe and inclusive space, while being firm with the material.
Coming from a directing / filmmaking background, she had a sharp eye for details and could also give us tips for directing.

I wanted to join a theatre academy, but it was required to make an audition. As I had almost no experience I contacted Vivian for two months lessons. She was so dedicated and meticulous with our work, she included many exercises of body awareness, speech techniques and mindfulness. I really recommend Vivian, specially if you have problems when it comes to memorizing texts. Plus: she also speaks Spanish

Vivian was simply a wonderful teacher, i started off having a fair share of stage fright and i didn’t believe in my self to the point where a simple scene got my legs shaking and my heart pounding. Remembering a line was almost impossible.

That was until Vivian showed up.

Aside from all the techniques and skill-set she was able to provide me with throughout her courses, it was her patience, sympathy, compassion and simply her overall energy that really got me to shine and start overcoming my flaws. She had a way to simply make you feel comfortable with her and with yourself, she helps you take those aspects you call flaws and makes you turn them into assets for your acting skills.

Not to mention her fun and always positive attitude that makes her courses simply charming and an overall great experience!

Vivian was the best tutor I had while still completing my degree. She has so much to give and her love for the field makes her methods for teaching more interesting and made me get attached to my field even more. The courses were dense and packed with useful information and she always had innovative and fun ways to make me grasp the information. I recommend her for any student who wishes to get a new and interesting perspective in their studies. She has allowed me to expand my talents and discover myself through it all.
