Teaching Techniques and Methods:
My teaching is based on simple, psychology-inspired explanations and real-life examples. Instead of lectures or theory, I use open discussion, guided reflection, and practical techniques to help learners understand their thoughts, emotions, and reactions in everyday situations.
Usual Structure of a Class:
Each class begins with common real-life problems shared by participants. We then explore why the mind responds in certain ways, followed by practical exercises, reflection, and small habits that can be applied immediately in daily life.
My Special Features as a Teacher:
I create a safe, judgement-free space where students feel comfortable sharing. My approach is honest, student-focused, interactive, and supportive, encouraging gradual growth rather than pressure or perfection.
