About Charlotte
I'm Charlotte, a design historian, curator, and university professor specializing in fashion, material culture, and overlooked narratives in design history. I hold an MA from the Parsons/Cooper Hewitt History of Design and Curatorial Studies program and teach at both Parsons School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology. My approach is rooted in rigorous research, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to making history relevant and engaging. As a curator, my recent work focuses on recovering the contributions of women designers, blending archival discovery with public scholarship and exhibition-making.
