About Jemima
I am a third year English and Italian student at Oxford University. I study English, Latin and Art History Pre U at Westminster School, as well as Art A Level. I am predicted A*s for all of these subjects, so can offer tutoring across the humanities. As the second prize winner of the Trinity Gould Prize for English 2020, I have expertise in essay writing. I also achieved a Band 1 result in the ELAT. I combine my passion for literature with Classics which is why I am also studying an Italian course, and I offer help in Latin literature as well as language. I have studied Latin for 8 years.

As a 13+ scholar at Wycombe Abbey I help students prepare for English and Latin scholarship exams, as well University entrance tests. I tutor English and Latin to GCSE standard having achieved 9s in both subjects.
For English, I help students with essay writing and exam help that is catered to the individual. I tutor for the ELAT which is used for Oxbridge applications, and I help craft the personal statement so that it allows the applicants' interests to show through. If requested, I can also aid in interview preparation.
For Latin, I aim to build a strong foundation in syntax and grammar that allows students to show off their skills and do work from English into Latin, and to handle all of the GCSE Latin curriculum with ease.
