A key element to fluency in French which can be very hard to master is speaking fluently and learning to use the "grammar points" you know automatically. Working one-on-one with someone as young as I am will help students to put aside their nerves, and we will be able to focus explicitly on their personal issues which is essential with a language.
I would begin with a quick session to ascertain the level of ability, before going over any grammar the student is particularly unsure with, continuing either to a conversation with a focus on using this new skill, or a discussion based around a written or auditory source, if listening and reading skills are of concern to the student.
