About Ella
I have completed two years of my Physics degree at Oxford. I've tutored since I was doing A levels. At that time I was tutoring GCSE Maths and Science, and since then I have tutored A level and helped with university applications through the 'Coronavirus Tutoring Initiative' and 'Tutor the Nation'.

I have taught a wide range of abilities - from those trying to pass to those applying to top universities. I tutor based on the student's strengths and weaknesses and show interesting extra-curricular content where appropriate or helpful.
Having experienced being the only person in my year applying to Oxford from a state school, and then being a (still sadly rare) woman in Physics, I am well placed to mentor students in achieving their best regardless of background.
