Milind is a respected member of our tutor community. He is highly recommended for his commitment and the quality of his lessons. An excellent choice to progress with confidence.
About Milind
I achieved A*A*A*A* in Chemistry, Biology, Maths and an EPQ at A level, 5 As at AS level (Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Further Maths, Geography), and 9A*s and 2As at GCSE. I have experience in tutoring Chemistry and Biology A and AS level, which was very beneficial to the students - increasing their weekly test scores from B/C to A*/A after only a few lessons on each topic. I am passionate about teaching, to help others to succeed.

I cater my tutoring style to suit each student, whether it be more 'lecturing' delivery of information, covering areas of confusion, going over questions, doing past papers. After discussion with each student, we will proceed with the techniques that will work best to progress learning and development. When doing questions, I like to focus on independent thinking, giving guidance and hints when needed, so that a student can work through a question themselves - as this is not only good practice for exams but also beneficial for overall development/problem solving.

I’ve met Milind in October 2017 when we both started reading Biochemistry at Trinity College, Oxford University.
Throughout the year, we have encountered what many (including myself) would consider foreign and highly obfuscating concepts. Milind had no such issues and offered generous assistance to all of his college colleagues who were struggling on numerous occasions. His way of thinking and looking at different aspects of biochemistry has helped me to see the subject differently and immensely improved my overall understanding.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Milind for any tutoring position relating to biology, chemistry, or even mathematics.
Milind is one of the hardest working students on my course. Although exceptionally bright, he still puts in huge amounts of effort to make sure he fully understands all of the material that we cover. In classes, he's always the student who has gone the extra mile to read an interesting paper related to the subject, beyond what our tutors are expecting us to do. His dedication to the subject extends even further, as in his free time he often attends talks on fascinating biochemical topics, which reflects a passion for learning that is passed on to those around him.
Milind also possesses many qualities suitable for tutoring beyond his in-depth knowledge of chemistry and biology. He can explain things with clarity and precision, and his patient manner makes him someone it's easy to ask questions to if you require additional guidance.I’ve met Milind in October 2017 when we both started reading Biochemistry at Trinity College, Oxford University.
