About Akanji
My name's Naomi and I am an English tutor who loves helping people build their language skillsabd confidence. I work with students from all over the world, including Russia, Armenia, and Argentina, and each of them brings a unique perspective that makes my job exciting and rewarding. I've always believed that learning English is more than than just mastering grammar and vocabulary; it’s about opening doors to new opportunities, connecting with people from different cultures, and finding confidence in expressing yourself. As a tutor, I’m here not just to teach you the language but to make sure that learning feels accessible, comfortable, and even fun. I know that English can sometimes seem challenging, but I believe that, with the right guidance and support, anyone can become a confident English speaker.
I decided to teach English because I genuinely enjoy helping others grow and reach their goals. Seeing my students make progress, whether it’s having their first conversation or improving their pronunciation, motivates me every day. My goal is to be the kind of teacher who listens, understands, and adapts to each student’s needs, so you feel fully supported on this journey.
