About Lauren
I am someone who is passionate about helping people. Life is overwhelming and at times I have struggled but overcame many obstacles myself. I have worked hard with many people struggling too and the truth of it is that everyone at some point will struggle, but that doesn't mean it's permanent. Experiencing the struggle first-hand and knowing everything I know now, not to mention working in mental health, as a nutritionist and having had over 8 years' experience as a life coach, I really want to share any advice and guidance I can and I want to help people achieve a better life and a more positive one.

I have a passion for helping people achieve their full potential. I have helped many people achieve a more positive mindset and motivate them towards their goals. My lessons are aimed towards everyone and anyone, there are no exclusions. I specialise in stress management and have worked with people with various issues such as ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and body dysmorphia/OCD. My goal is to help anyone that might be finding life or even managing daily tasks a struggle. I offer confidential and non-judgemental sessions online. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes we all need a little extra support and help, and that's what I'm here for. I want to help anyone struggling to get to where they want to be. With previous experience working with mental health and eating disorders too, I can offer help in understanding thought patterns, thinking processes and help you achieve a better and more positive/clearer mindset. I also have experience in working as a nutritionist and can offer very helpful eating and/or diet tips. Eating plays a massive part in your life; if you are stressed out and down or feel like you're not moving forward in your life, this could be another problem too! I want to help you be the best version of yourself.
