About Alador
In elementary school, I struggled a lot in school. It took a while before I found a tutor that could break things down in a way I understood. They helped to fundamentally change how I learned, and I hope to do the same for you. As a bio-engineering student at OSU, I've spent years helping classmates and younger students build confidence in various STEM subjects. I understand how challenging these subjects can feel, so I focus on breaking concepts down clearly, connecting them to the real world, and creating a supportive learning environment.

In my lessons, I focus on building deep understanding through interactive problem solving, visual explanations, and real world connections. Each session begins with a quick review, followed by guided practice and independent challenges to strengthen mastery. I adapt my teaching style to each student learning pace, emphasizing clarity, confidence, and critical thinking. What sets me apart is my ability to make complex topics feel approachable and even enjoyable, helping students not just memorize formulas, but truly understand how and why they work. Subjects I teach include, arithmetic, algebra I & II, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calc, calculus, statistics, biology, chemistry, and physics.
