About Lina
Do you find yourself hitting a wall when faced with complex chemical structures? As a 3rd year medical student at Columbia Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, I have navigated these exact academic hurdles myself. Having scored in the 99th percentile on the MCAT, I now dedicate my time to coaching post-bacc students through the complexities of organic chemistry.
My teaching covers everything from radical reactions and curved-arrow notation to intricate synthesis pathways and reaction mechanisms. We will also tackle aromatic chemistry, stereochemistry, SN1 and SN2 reactions, carboxylic acids, carbonyl chemistry, and IUPAC nomenclature. Supporting your journey as a fellow future physician is truly rewarding, and I hope we can start working together soon.
