About Arya
I am an Aerospace Engineering graduate from The University of Manchester, currently working as an Operations Research Analyst. My work involves thinking systematically about complex problems and how decisions scale over time. Alongside this, I pursue independent research in space sustainability, driven by a long-standing interest in the long-term consequences of human activity in orbit.

In terms of logistics, I conduct classes on Google Meet. My classes are structured according to the student's needs. My approach is very student oriented where I first examine the level of existing comprehension of the subject matter at hand, and only after we master the fundamentals do we move on to more difficult concepts. This approach also allows me to formulate a coherent study plan parsing out weaknesses, strengths, and academic roadblocks to deal with concretely. I always encourage before lecture engagement with the material in order to prepare the student and accelerate Q&A. After that, I use homework, weekly and monthly tests to ensure retention. These are simple tests where the aim is to check concept clarity and understanding. In terms of parameters that I use to gauge engagement, I focus on conversationality and question frequency and quality.
