About Polina
Hi, I’m Polina! I’m a dedicated and passionate tutor and trainer with over 9 years of experience in rhythmic gymnastics at 16 years old and a provincial championship title. I know what it takes to stay focused, motivated, and disciplined, and I bring that same energy to every lesson. Whether we’re working on flexibility or fitness goals, I create a positive, structured environment where students feel supported and encouraged. As someone who balances academics and athletics, I understand the importance of time management, goal-setting, and building self-confidence. I’m here to help students grow, learn, and believe in themselves every step of the way.

As a tutor and personal trainer, I combine structure with encouragement to help students build both skills and confidence. My approach is supportive and student-centered. I adapt each lesson to the individual’s goals, whether it’s improving fitness, learning discipline through sport, or just wanting to get exercise in and be motivated. A typical session includes a short check-in, skill-building exercises (physical or academic), and a review to reflect on progress. With 9 years of rhythmic gymnastics experience and a provincial championship title, I understand the value of dedication, focus, and fun. My lessons are ideal for children looking for fitness guidance, motivation or both.
