About Lina
Already in my youth I developed a great passion for yoga. What I love about yoga is its versatility. Whether physical balance, deep relaxation, more access to your own self or a break from everyday life. Depending on the form of the day, phase of life or character type, the different yoga styles have something to offer for everyone. I did my training as a yoga teacher in India - the homeland of yoga. At the Kranti Yoga Academy, I trained in Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga for 200 hours. In Vinyasa Yoga we flow, focused and in harmony with the breath, through various asanas (yoga postures) and thereby strengthen the body. In Yin Yoga, we stay in passive postures for several minutes, thereby loosening our fascia tissue. By aligning inwards, a state of deep relaxation can be achieved. These two very different styles of yoga characterize everything I love about yoga. My yoga students appreciate the clear structure of my yoga classes and the modern spirituality that I convey. I myself enjoy passing on my passion for yoga to others and practicing yoga together with others - live or online.

Group courses: The online group courses take place regularly on Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. 60 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga await you. In doing so, you strengthen and stretch your muscles. We flow in harmony with the breath through various yoga postures. My online yoga classes are suitable for everyone. Yoga beginners are cordially invited, but experienced yoginis and yogis will also get their money's worth. One-to-one lessons: In one-to-one lessons, I design an individual yoga class that suits your needs. Whether strengthening Vinyasa Yoga or relaxing Yin Yoga - together we will identify what your goals are and I will design your personal yoga class that suits them. If you want to strengthen your yoga practice in the long term, we will work together to develop a program of several yoga sequences for you to achieve your personal goals. Private group courses: I offer private online yoga classes, e.g. for sports clubs, companies or friends. We can define together which aspects are important to you and I will design suitable yoga classes for your needs
