I am Deepika, a dedicated yoga teacher and wellness guide, passionate about helping people reconnect with their body, breath, and inner peace. My yoga journey began not just as a physical practice, but as a path to balance, healing, and self-awareness. Through yoga, I discovered strength with softness, discipline with compassion, and calm within movement—and now I share this experience with my students.
In my classes, I focus on holistic well-being, combining asana (postures) for all levels, pranayama (breathwork), yogic kriyas, meditation, yog nidra, and sound healing to support both physical health and mental clarity. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or experience, and my teaching style is gentle, mindful, and inclusive.
Whether you are a beginner starting your journey or an experienced practitioner deepening your practice, my intention is to create a safe and supportive space where you can grow at your own pace. Through online group and personal classes, I guide students from around the world to feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves—on and off the mat.
