About Wes
I have been singing and songwriting for 15 years, gaining valuable experience and knowledge which I now pass on to my students.
I have completed the BAST singing teacher training course, which supports me in delivering structured and effective lessons.
I am currently completing a bachelor’s degree in Songwriting and Music Performance, giving me further insight into the music industry, live performance, and songwriting.
My goal is to help students feel more comfortable using their voice, whether they are complete beginners or looking to develop their skills further in singing or songwriting.

I take a relaxed, practical approach to singing lessons, focusing on building confidence, pitch accuracy and vocal technique through exercises and song work.
I put a big emphasis on developing healthy vocal habits to ensure long term vocal health, while helping the student build confidence and find their voice
Lessons are typically 30 or 60 minutes and are adapted to each student’s needs. I mainly work with adult beginners and hobby singers. Nervous singers are very welcome, as lessons are supportive and relaxed.
A typical singing lesson includes vocal warm-ups, targeted vocal exercises to improve technique, and applying those skills through songs chosen by the student.
Songwriting lessons cover song structure, melody creation, and lyric development.
