About Harriet
I was introduced to yoga by a friend and it was from there that I began to pursue it professionally. Now I have been teaching for 3 years! During my training course, I acquired a job as a yoga teaching assistant. This allowed me to gain even more experience in teaching and practising yoga before I had obtained my qualification. I teach private and group classes and have taught at yoga and health retreats in France featured in The Times and on Channel 4. My goal is to help people unlock their full potential and pursue a healthy lifestyle.

The Vinyasa and Hatha sessions will be a place for you to improve your mobility and flexibility, and increase your strength. We can work on key areas, or on a specific goal that you might have and unlock full potential of your body! The Slow Flow is perfect for unwinding and getting rid of tension in a relaxing way, that also allows a space of peace for the mind. Harriet’s way of teaching yoga is very relaxing. She keeps you within your parameters but still gives you a sense of achievement each session. I highly recommend Harriet as a tutor.
Harriet is really good teacher and I really enjoy the lessons. She is great at working around your level if ability and very encouraging, couldn't recommend her more!
I would highly recommend this!! I have been to a few private classes with Harriet and really enjoy this environment. She is very professional and easily adjust any program to suit your needs and yoga abilities.
