About Divya
I am Divya Yadav, a certified yoga & meditation teacher with global teaching experience guiding people toward peace, clarity and inner strength. I conduct online classes via Zoom or Google Meet with clear instructions and step-by-step guidance to ensure you feel supported and confident. I combine meditation, pranayama and mantra practice according to your specific needs whether it’s relieving stress, improving sleep, or awakening your inner energy.
