My name is Gaetano and I moved to London to pursue my dream of working in the fitness industry in one of the best cities in the world! From bodybuilding, to running, Cross Training to Hyrox, martial arts and team sports, there's nothing I haven't experienced. With years of practice and knowledge I've forged my unique training blend and I'm ready to help you in achieving whatever goal you might have set for yourself!
