About Migue
I’m Migue Plant, an online personal trainer based in Barcelona and co-founder of Plant Power Fit. I’m 44 and I help men and women over 40 lose fat, build muscle and feel strong and comfortable in their bodies again. I work mainly online with clients in Australia, the UK and the US, in time slots adapted to those countries so they can train consistently without losing time commuting to a gym. My sessions are always 1:1, live via video call, and focused on strength training: clear technique, week-to-week progression and exercises adapted to each person’s level and real life (work, family, stress, limited time…).

My lessons are 50–60 minute 1:1 online strength sessions for men and women over 40. We connect by video, warm up together and then work through a personalised strength program based on your goals, level and equipment (home or gym). I coach your technique in real time, adapt the session to how you feel that day and finish with simple tips you can apply between sessions. My approach is clear, friendly and structured: no crazy workouts, just smart training that helps you lose fat, build muscle and feel strong and confident again.
