About Dhoha
Hello! I'm a Biochemistry Pharmacology graduate with a passion for Mediterranean home cooking. I enjoy preparing simple, healthy, and delicious meals and love sharing the skills and recipes that have become part of my everyday life.
I believe anyone can learn to cook with the right guidance, patience, and practice. My lessons are friendly, supportive, and designed to help beginners feel confident in the kitchen, regardless of their previous experience. I understand that everyone learns at their own pace, so I tailor each lesson to suit your needs and make the learning experience enjoyable and stress-free.

My online cooking lessons are friendly, interactive, and designed for complete beginners who want to learn how to prepare simple and delicious Mediterranean home-cooked meals from the comfort of their own kitchen. I teach each recipe step by step, making sure every instruction is easy to follow, even if you have little or no cooking experience.
During each lesson, I explain how to prepare ingredients, use basic cooking techniques, season food properly, and avoid common mistakes. I encourage students to cook alongside me so they gain practical experience and confidence while learning. I also provide helpful tips on ingredient substitutions, meal preparation, and kitchen organisation.
Lessons usually last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the recipe and the student's pace. They are ideal for adults, university students, beginners, and anyone interested in learning healthy, affordable Mediterranean cooking.
Although I am not a professional chef, I have many years of experience cooking Mediterranean dishes at home for family and friends. As a Pharmacology graduate, I have developed strong communication and teaching skills, allowing me to explain each step clearly, patiently, and in an organised way to help students enjoy learning and build confidence in the kitchen.
