About Shilpa
I am an experienced Math teacher with more than 15 years of teaching experience, including extensive experience teaching Australian students online.
I enjoy helping students understand Math clearly rather than simply memorizing formulas. I am patient, supportive, and adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s learning level and needs. I aim to make Math lessons simple, engaging, and confidence-building for students from Years 5 to 10.

I provide personalised online Maths lessons for Australian students from Years 5 to 10, with more than 15 years of teaching experience. My lessons focus on building strong mathematical foundations, improving problem-solving skills, and developing confidence in Maths. I explain concepts clearly and patiently, using step-by-step methods and examples suited to each student’s level. Lessons can cover the Australian Curriculum, school homework, algebra, fractions, geometry, percentages, equations, problem solving, and exam preparation. I adapt each lesson to the student’s individual needs and learning pace. My goal is to make Maths simple, engaging, and easier to understand through regular practice and guidance.
