About Alana
My name is Alana, and I am an Honours Psychology student. I have strong passion for teaching, and I have found great pleasure in helping students gain confidence in their academic ability. In addition to studying Mathematics up to Cambridge Advanced Level, I have just over 3 years of tutoring and mentorship experience. I follow a dynamic teaching style, so I take learner feedback seriously; tailoring each lesson around ensuring that their needs are consistently met.

BACKGROUND: I take extra lessons, as well as assist with homework and examination prep. The goal of every lesson is to increase your enthusiasm and help you excel in Math, the fun way!
TEACHING STRATEGY: All lessons are tailor-made to the learner's needs. I create fun and exciting slides for each of the topics required, and give as much practice opportunity as possible during our sessions. With every lesson, my goal is to leave you feeling more excited about Maths than you were in the beginning.
