About Andi
I hold two Master’s degrees and have spent over 15 years working in the creative industries, including many years in leadership roles.
I’m currently completing my professional Life Coaching training and offer reduced-rate online sessions of 50–60 minutes while I qualify.
I came to coaching because I know how difficult it can be to feel stuck with a problem, decision or goal and have no idea how to move forward. Sometimes trying to figure everything out alone just leads to more overthinking.
That’s where I want coaching to be different. You have someone there with you — asking the right questions, helping you see things from different angles, bringing structure to what feels messy and helping you turn your thoughts into something you can actually act on.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that you don’t have goals — it’s that too many things are competing for your attention. You want to move forward, but life gets in the way and you don’t know what to tackle first.
My coaching is practical and tailored to you. We can untangle competing priorities, work through decisions, break down what feels overwhelming and find realistic next steps.
Most importantly, our sessions are about you and for you. I won’t tell you what you should do. I’m there to ask questions, help you make sense of your thoughts and work alongside you as you find your own answers.
You don’t need to know where to start. That’s what the space is for.
