About Muhammad Rayhan Khayru
Hi there! I'm Rayhan, a 4th-semester student at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) in Beppu, Japan. My Japanese level is equivalent to JLPT N3, and I also work part-time at a Japanese restaurant — so I don't just learn from textbooks, I use Japanese every day with coworkers and customers!
I know 400+ kanji, plus grammar from beginner (N5) to intermediate (N3), including Keigo (polite Japanese) used in real workplaces.
My teaching style? Relaxed but focused. I hate rote memorization. I always explain the "WHY" behind every grammar point — why it's formed that way, when to use it — so you truly understand, not just memorize. As a fellow Japanese learner, I know exactly which parts confuse Indonesian and English speakers the most!
I'm experienced in online teaching (math) and I always check in during lessons: "Is this clear? Too fast? Comfortable?" so the pace fits you perfectly. I teach 100% in English or Indonesian — your choice!

Pembelajaran yang dibimbing oleh kak rayhan dapat dimengerti. Kak rayhan juga orangnya mudah berbaur jadi mudah untuk merasa nyaman untuk belajar bersama kak rayhan
Met him through my agency to prepare for a university admission test. He is very friendly and good at explaining. Recommended for those who are more comfortable with a younger tutor.
I highly recommend Mr. Rayhan as an online Maths tutor. He helped me prepare for my university entrance Maths exam with clear explanations, structured lessons, and plenty of patience. He made difficult topics much easier to understand and always encouraged me to do my best. His guidance gave me the confidence I needed during my exam preparation.
If you’re looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive Maths tutor, Mr. Rayhan is an excellent choiceView more recommendations
