About Danelle
I am passionate about helping people thrive. My mission is to partner with you to help you find your purpose, become the person you've always wanted to be and break free from the limiting beliefs and old habits that have been holding you back.
I am a qualified Health and Wellness Coach (Level 5), and I bring a wealth of business skills and practical experience to my coaching engagements - I worked in the corporate / financial services industry for almost 20 years. During my corporate career I fulfilled various business roles, including Management Consultant, Project / Programme Manager, Business Manager and Human Resources Manager. My biggest interest, by far, has always been the human element of the business - and I have a particular interest in behavioural psychology.
Combining my knowledge, skills and passion, I am able to create comprehensive people-centred solutions to help my clients find their "WHY" and reimagine their lives.

I offer one-on-one online coaching packages (via Zoom or MS Teams) to educate, inspire and support you on your journey to meeting your health, wellness and overall life goals.
Investing in a coach is a big time commitment, which is why I offer a complementary 15 minute introductory "chemistry" session to all my prospective clients - to ensure optimal coach / client alignment in order to build a formidable partnership.
I offer the following coaching packages:
Option 1: Refocus package (R 2 500 once off) - 6 one-on-one online coaching sessions to help you find your purpose, design your health & wellness vision and put plans in place to reach your goals (e.g. weight loss).
Option 2: Laser Focus package (R 450 per one hour session) - one online coaching session to cater for your specific coaching requirements.
Option 3: Soundboard package (R350 per 45 minute session) - one online session to allow you to share your thoughts and feelings in a safe, nurturing environment, with a trained professional who is unbiased and who wants to see you flourish.
All packages also include complimentary resources like recipes, eating plans, useful tips & hacks and WhatsApp / e-mail support between sessions.
