About Harriet
I am a 350-hour yoga teacher. I specialise in Vinyasa and Slow Flow and always like to end my sessions with a guided meditation to allow a moment of complete relaxation to the mind and body. Sometimes, we need a little more than just 10 minutes, which is why I offer 30-40 minute sessions. The sessions will be a safe space, where you can feel completely comfortable to relax down and release any tension you may be holding on to.

These online sessions are 30-40 minutes long and you will practise Pranayama (breathing exercises) to help focus the mind on the present moment and then you will be guided through a meditation. You will feel more connected with your mind, and your body will feel completely relaxed. Benefits of meditation and relaxation include: reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep, less muscular tension. I am a qualified Yoga coach, and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Harriet’s way of teaching yoga is very relaxing. She keeps you within your parameters but still gives you a sense of achievement each session. I highly recommend Harriet as a tutor.
