About Nayara
Hello! I hope you are having a great week. My name is Nayara Oliveira. I have a degree in Psychology and I have been studying English for over 10 years. I started teaching English 5 years ago and that’s when a hobby became a passion. I desire to constantly work on my teaching skills as well as help people to reach their goals. I have experience with all levels and ages (from 3-year old to senior citizens) as well as Cambridge preparation courses. I am also a Cambridge First Speaking Examiner and I hold a CELTA, as you can see on my resumé. My classes follow the Cambridge methodology: dynamic, interactive, conversation-focused classes. I make use of a very complete teaching material (activity book, audios, videos) totally free, available for download.

I base my classes according to the needs of each one. I like to take a placement test first to really know where to focus on with each student. I make a lesson plan for each class because this way I do not waste time because I already know exactly what to do and when to do it. I also bring extra and fun activities for my students.
