About Eli
I’m 14, Year 10 and I’ve been top of my English class for years. I want to help kids stop dreading school and start enjoying it by trying new methods suitable for them specifically. If your child is below secondary school age, we’ll focus mostly on making learning fun and accessible whilst also keeping them on track. If your child is year 7-9, we’ll still make our lessons interesting, but also take into account exam boards and their level of essay writing.
I offer support for year 10s, but keep in mind I’m currently also learning that content so it is simply that—support.
My goal is to help English students who may be struggling by relating to them as someone currently in the same education system- not someone who sat their GCSEs 10 years ago. Kids do better when they can find a way to connect with the way they are being taught and I want to aim to make the experience as interactive and personally tailored as possible.

Sessions range from reading and writing help (7-10), and English linguistics, literature, and languages help (11-13). Revision set and a target assessment every lesson for those awaiting exams. Focus on Shakespeare, but most other topics your child will learn in school will be available too, from the Picture of Dorian Gray to world poetry.
Also offering a creative writing class alongside for budding authors. Let’s create a novella together!
