The very aim of our course is to establish to bring overall wellbeing and cultivate the habit of practicing yoga regularly. And one can understand the BODY, MIND, ENERGY, coherence . through practicing basic asanas of all the age group and Vital energy practices like PRANAYAMA……and Relaxation practices like YOGA NIDRA.
…………………..Pratyahara is the pivotal point in the practice of yoga where the path leads from the exterior to the interior landscape of the body. Pratyahara translates directly as “sense withdrawal” and is the fifth limb or branch of an eight-staged yogic approach to the unification of body-mind-spirit.
