About Aziz
Hi, I’m a student at Hunter College, working toward a career in healthcare and science. Along the way, I’ve developed a passion for helping others succeed in school. I know firsthand how challenging subjects like English, science, math, and reading can feel — but I also know how much easier they get with the right guidance. As a tutor, I focus on making learning simple, clear, and motivating. My style is patient and supportive: I break down complex ideas into small, understandable steps so students gain confidence while mastering the material. Whether it’s tackling tricky math problems, improving reading comprehension, or strengthening writing skills, I adapt lessons to fit each student’s learning style. I’ve worked with students at different levels, from elementary to college prep, and I love seeing the “lightbulb moments” when everything starts to click. My goal is not just to help with homework or test prep, but to build lasting study habits that make students independent learners. When I’m not tutoring, I’m usually studying, working out, or exploring ways to keep growing in my own education.
