About Brad
I am a RYT200 registered with Yoga Alliance. I studied multi-style yoga as well as a specialization in yin yoga. I am currently taking courses to be certified to be a RYT500. I love yin yoga, the Yamas and Niyamas, and customizing sequences for private students.

Patience, customized classes that really helped me slow down and find time for myself
I'd never done yoga before and Brad made it very accessible and easy and un-intimidating which was my biggest hangup. Now I do yoga a few times a week!
