About Melissa
I have been teaching math for the last 5 years. I was in the middle school setting for 4 and currently am in a high school.
I have experience teaching students from 5th - 12th grade and have been a private tutor for 8 years.
I have my bachelors degree in Mathematics and my masters in Education. For both my degrees I graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
I love this subject and everything about it. I love being able to share my passion with other students and help them gain confidence in this tricky subject.

Math is such a fun and challenging subject and I want to share with you techniques to help you build your confidence. We will work together to help identify strengths in this beautiful subject.
These classes are one to one and will accommodate to what you need. I like to create different practice problems and easy to read notes for you to follow along through any session. Together we will have fun while learning how to solve different problems in ways that are best for you!
