About Oscar
My name is Oscar, and I have been playing piano for as long as I can remember. It is one of the things in my life that brings me a massive amount of joy. I have achieved a Bachelor of Music from the James Morrison Academy of Music and I have been commended on my excellence in composition.

I believe in learning piano in 3 ways. The first is technical. Technical work for the piano is essential and incredibly important. I will begin with very basic scales, as well as introducing some chords in time. The second way I believe in teaching is to teach my students songs that THEY want to learn. Any song you love or you have been wanting to learn, we can do it! And the final aspect of my teaching method is composition and improvisation. I believe this is a great way of helping to expand creativity. My lessons go for 30 minutes. I have been teaching piano for a year and a half.
