About Rosie
My love for literary analysis extends beyond my own interest in reading. I enjoy teaching students the nuances of the study of English, whether they need to focus on essay writing, analysis, context or structure. I read widely across contemporary and classical literature, ensuring my knowledge spans across different eras contextually.
With experience in assisting students with essay writing across the subjects I studied at A level, I hope to be able to help students improve their literary confidence across both language and literature.

My experience of A level English literature, along with the two other essay subjects I have studied in detail, have given me the skills to assist and assess students in English. My personal experience with GCSE AQA English and A level Edexcel English particularly equip me to assist students with these exam boards, although I am able to help across other exam boards as well.
My lessons typically last an hour. The first session will always be spent overlooking the student’s needs and ensuring these can be our focus in future lessons.
I am a prospective English university student. A level English is fresh in my mind, having just completed my exams. I achieved 9s in both English language and literature at GCSE, qualifying me particularly for tutoring GCSE students. I studied English literature, Economics and Politics at A level, and have been predicted 3 A*s.
