I’m a therapist with a compassionate, supportive approach, and I truly understand how intimidating learning can feel at times. I know what it’s like to be afraid to ask a question or worry that it might sound “stupid”—but I want you to know there is no such thing as a stupid question. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, asking anything, and learning at your own pace.
