About Kerry
I have a passion for teaching Maths and Science, and helping learners improve and grow in their subject knowledge. I am studying teaching and have experience in tutoring Maths from grades as low as 2 to Grade 11. I have worked with different ages so have a full picture of what concepts are essential in order to build upon in following grades. I was once a battling Maths student in school and I want to help learners form a positive relationship with Maths and Science.

I have taught in person and online. The online videos consist of writing and speaking as the screen focuses on a piece of paper as I write. This is because maths tends to be demonstration orientated as the best way to learn the subject. My teaching methods differ depending on the concept being taught but the lessons are learner-centred and concepts are guided by what students are needing the most help with. I always recap what we've learnt and go through past papers to make sure my students are exam/test ready.
