About Danielle
I’m Danielle and my commitment here is to be your thought partner, mentor & sounding board as you navigate through life’s challenging phases. It might be.. — a quarter/ midlife crisis — lacking purpose in your career — burn out — embarking a new journey or project — moving to a new country I used to be a chronic people pleaser, overthinker, procrastinator, with little confidence in myself. I was anxious, fearful of judgement & failure. Through my own personal growth journey, education and training I have learnt powerful tools and techniques to navigate our busy minds and regulate our emotions and nervous system. I have been an Occupational Therapist for 6 years working with children and teenagers with SEND. This merged into a passion for coaching as I experienced burn out in 2021 that woke me up to my unhelpful habits and thinking patterns. I’ve been coaching for over a year with a certification as a Jungian Life Coach - a form of depth and spiritual coaching, working beyond the layers of our conscious mind. I am also a hypnotherapy student & I will add this into my practice if I feel it is relevant or if requested.
