About Gerardo
Kia Ora, I’m Gerardo! I’m a certified personal trainer passionate about helping people discover the benefits of moving well and feeling strong. I wasn’t always into fitness, I started from scratch myself, and through that journey, I learned how powerful exercise can be to improve health, confidence, and overall quality of life. Everyone deserves to feel good in their body and enjoy being active, no matter their starting point. My goal is to make training accessible, enjoyable, and tailored just for you, so you can build strength, improve mobility, and avoid injuries in a way that fits your lifestyle. I’m here to support you every step of the way, sharing practical advice and encouraging progress that lasts long-term.

I focus on creating personalized, practical training sessions that help each client improve strength, mobility, and overall fitness safely and effectively. I combine evidence-based techniques with a supportive, encouraging style to keep you motivated and confident throughout your fitness journey. Each session typically lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing enough time to warm up, work on targeted exercises, and cool down with mobility and stretching. I emphasize proper form, gradual progression, and functional movements that translate into better daily performance and injury prevention. I have experience as a gym instructor, group fitness coach and I am a certified Les Mills coach.
