About Catalina
I’m chef and have a degree in nutrition, two areas that work very well together. Both nutrition and cooking are two careers that I am passionate about along with health, well-being of people and environment. Since I graduated, I began a path of great commitment to caring for the environment and changing towards healthy habits, which not only has to do with nutrition but also with a lifestyle. I am currently studying a postgraduate degree in vegetarian-vegan nutrition and a mastering in health coach in holistic therapies.
I enjoy sharing and teaching all this knowledge with people through online nutritional counseling sessions, plant-based food and cooking workshops in which I implement cooking techniques such as fermentation, among other things.

My teaching method is to be integrative with the concepts and give the most details as possible in a coloquial way so that it's easy to understand. Also I´m really practical, I mean I like yo explain the theoretical parr of everything, but then explain how we do to put all this into our day-to-day.
