I am a Nutrition graduate from the University of Canberra and currently undertaking the NASM Certified Personal Trainer program. I’m passionate about helping others build healthy habits through simple, evidence-based guidance. I teach because I love empowering people to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their daily lives.
